2014 04 09 / ALTARÉA COGEDIM AND ORION LAUNCH QWARTZ (92 - FRANCE) WITH A YELLOW AND CO SMART CAR PARK
QWARTZ is the number one fully connected, regional shopping center, with 165 brands present, including a dozen restaurants and catering areas and a Carrefour hypermarket. The entire design concept of its 3 000 space car park on 3 levels was assigned to Yellow and Co: traffic flow organization, parking space guidance system, signage and decoration.
Work was carried out in collaboration with DGLA - architect and general contractor, and Lonsdale Western - global design agency in charge of the site..
2014 02 10 / UNIBAIL-RODAMCO ENTRUSTS THE VISIBILITY ENHANCEMENT CONTRACT OF ITS SHOPPING PARC (77 - FRANCE) TO YELLOW AND CO
In order to improve the visibility of a part of its retail portfolio; Shopping Parc and Carré Sénart in Lieusaint, Unibail-Rodamco validates Yellow and Co's initial study and drawings and commissions feasibility studies as well as entrusting Yellow and Co with general contracting.
2014 01 12 / LEROY MERLIN, THE DIY GIANT CONFIRMS THAT YELLOW AND CO WILL CARRY OUT THE RENOVATION OF SIGNAGE AND DECORATION OF ITS IVRY (94 - FRANCE) STORE CAR PARK.
It's the 3rd contract awarded to Yellow and Co by Leroy Merlin DIY brand, after satisfactory completion of work done at the Bonneuil sur Marne (94) and Valentine (13) branches that included car park optimization and signage.
2014 01 04 / FIRST COLLABORATION WITH CORIO ON THE CENTRE DEUX IN ST-ETIENNE (42 - FRANCE)
A challenge launched by Corio: increase the maximum clearance height of the Centre Deux car park without any structural modifications. Challenge taken up by Yellow and Co; a detailed analysis revealed the possibility to increase the maximum vehicle clearance by 15 cm in one zone of the car park, thus allowing access to a new category of vehicles.

To celebrate 40 years of trading, the O'Parinor shopping center gets a face-lift and far reaching improvements by adopting vehicle count and dynamic directional signage at its 4200 capacity, indoor and outdoor car parks.
2013 12 10 / UNIBAIL-RODAMCO IMPROVES SIGNAGE AT THE NICE ETOILE CENTRE (06 - FRANCE)
Yellow and Co has been awarded the contract to implement Unibail-Rodamco's redesigned signage chart at its iconic shopping center in Nice. The center's entire signage has been redesigned and will be applied inside the retail area and in the 900 capacity car park.
2013 10 30 / EXTENSION AND RENOVATION OF THE TOISON D'OR CENTRE AND ITS CAR PARKS IN DIJON (21 - FRANCE)
Unibail - Rodamco has awarded a restructuring of traffic flow, signage, design and concept relating to the renovation and extension of the 3700 capacity car park at its Toison d'Or Centre to Performance Partner and Yellow and Co.
Work will be carried out in cooperation with Archimen Group - general contractor and Brand Image - global design agency.
2013 10 23 / EXTENSION AND RENOVATION OF THE ALMA CENTER AND ITS CAR PARKS IN RENNES (35 - FRANCE)
Unibail-Rodamco has awarded the renovation and extension contract of the 2500 spaces of all its car parks at the Alma Center in Rennes to Performance Partner and Yellow and Co. The program comprises reorganization of traffic flow, parking guidance systems with dynamic signage, surface renovation and road marking, parking and service zone design, entry gates and directional signage.
Work will be carried out in collaboration with Saguez and Partners design agency in charge of shopping center's global design.
2013 09 30 / KLÉPIERRE LAUNCHES RENOVATION OF ART DE VIVRE AT ERAGNY (95 - FRANCE)
Performance Partner and Yellow and Co are awarded the car park optimization contract of 1400 parking slots of Art de Vivre in Eragny - 95 - France, shopping mall in renovation process. The program comprises raffic flow optimization, outdoor parking guidance systems with dynamic signage, road marking, entry gates and directional signage.
2013 06 30 / FULL RENOVATION OF CUIRASSIERS CAR PARK AT LA PART DIEU IN LYON (69 - FRANCE)
Unibail-Rodamco has awarded the renovation contract of the 900 spaces of Cuirassiers car park at La part Dieu in Lyon (69 - France) to Yellow and Co. The program comprises parking organization and scenography, parking guidance systems with dynamic signage, entry gates and directional signage, surface renovation and road marking, pedestrian signage.
Work will be carried out in collaboration with Artelia, the general contractor.
