ALMA-RENNES(35)|UNIBAIL RODAMCO  Awards the renovation work and the creation of an extension of the 2500 capacity car parks of its Alma Centre in Rennes, France, to Performance Partner and Yellow and Co. The ambitious program integrates a reorganization of space, optimization of both traffic and pedestrian flows, implementing vehicle count, dynamic signage entry/exit gates, global singage overhaul, design concept of parking zones, reserved spaces and service areas.

Work will be carried out in collaboration with Saguez, the space design consultancy in charge of the project.
